Delivery, postage & packing

All deliveries to U.K. and most other European countries are subject to a P & P charge of £ 7.50, the goods will require a signature on receipt. Other overseas deliveries charged at cost.

Please note all items on this web site are subject to availability and you will be contacted within a few days if item/size is unavailable.

All orders will be acknowledged by Email, unless you specify otherwise.

If the order is or has been treated as cancelled as above and you have already paid for the garments, you will receive a full refund.

Returns and cancellations

Once an order has been acknowledged and accepted no cancellations can be accepted without prior notification and agreement by ourselves.

If you are unhappy with any garment please advise us immediately and arrange return within seven days by Post Office Special Delivery thus ensuring the item returned is covered by their insurance as we can not be held liable for items lost or damaged in the post , no item will be accepted for return without prior notification and agreement by ourselves. You will be responsible for the cost of the return of any items and to ensure that you take full and complete care of the goods at all times and that they are returned unworn, and in unsoiled condition with no mark or blemish complete with all attached tags, original packaging and initial documentation.

Payment

Web site shopping may be paid by Credit card using our secure area , your web browser should normally show a padlock sign. Your card will not be charged until the items ordered are ready to be sent out.

Any refunds will be made by crediting the same card, method of payment.

Payment may also be made by cheque or postal order ( made out to: Sebry R ), or telephoned credit card details if you prefer.

If required we are also able to offer interest free monthly budget account terms, payable by monthly Bankers standing order . Please enquire for further details.

Alterations

We are able to offer a professional alterations service on the garments purchased, prices available on request.
